These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Karmaundo LLC (“Karmaundo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and access to our website and client portal. By using our site or enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

We provide credit repair services, coaching, and support to consumers across the United States through monthly subscription plans.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Reside in a U.S. state where our services are legally permitted
Agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Credit Services Disclosure
Provide truthful and accurate personal information during onboarding

We do not provide services to residents of Georgia, North Carolina, or Mississippi due to state restrictions.

3. Services Provided

Karmaundo offers credit repair services including:

Credit report analysis
Preparation and submission of dispute letters
Escalation of unresolved items
Credit coaching and education
Access to a secure client portal for updates and communication

We do not remove accurate, verifiable, or current negative information from your credit report. We do not offer legal advice or represent you in court.

4. Payment Terms

We offer two monthly subscription options:

Standard Plan: $19.99/month (7-Day Free Trial) + $199.99 initial working fee.
Express Plan: $99.99/month (7-Day Free Trial) + $499.99 initial working fee.

All plans begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Services renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

You may cancel your plan at any time from your client portal. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods once payment has been processed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel within three (3) business days of signing up, per the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and receive a full refund.

Beyond the 3-day window, refunds may be issued only if no measurable credit improvement has occurred within 120 days and you have fulfilled your responsibilities under the plan.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver the best possible results, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete personal information
Upload required documents (e.g., photo ID, utility bill, Social Security card)
Maintain active credit monitoring access
Respond promptly to communication from our team
Not intentionally mislead or provide false information

Failure to participate actively may delay your results or disqualify you from refund eligibility.

7. Use of Third-Party Providers

Karmaundo may partner with authorized third-party service providers to help fulfill certain backend operations. These partners are required to follow strict security, compliance, and confidentiality protocols. Karmaundo remains fully responsible for your customer experience.

8. Results Disclaimer

Every credit profile is unique. While many clients see results within 30 to 90 days, Karmaundo does not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes or deletions. Your results will depend on your current credit status, responsiveness, and cooperation with the process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, branding, graphics, and functionality, is the intellectual property of Karmaundo and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karmaundo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
