Karmaundo is not responsible for any negative credit activity initiated by the client during the service period. This includes, but is not limited to:

Applying for new credit cards or loans
Missing payments or taking on new debt
Accumulating hard credit inquiries
Opening new collections accounts
Any other action that negatively impacts your credit report

Such behavior can delay or reverse progress. Karmaundo reserves the right to pause service, terminate the agreement, or deny refund requests if these conditions occur.

What Counts as “Not Happy”?

You’ll qualify for a refund if:

You’ve completed your dispute rounds
You’ve followed the plan (aka didn’t ghost us for 6 months)
And we haven’t made any measurable impact on your credit report
