Welcome to Karmaundo. Before enrolling in our services, please carefully review the following legally required information under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state laws. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this disclosure.

Description of Services

Karmaundo provides credit repair services designed to help you improve your credit profile by identifying, disputing, and working to remove inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information from your credit reports.

Services may include:

Credit report analysis
Preparation and delivery of dispute letters to the credit bureaus
Escalation of disputes when necessary
Monitoring and guidance through a client dashboard
One-on-one coaching and credit education
Use of authorized third-party service providers under Karmaundo's supervision

We do not remove accurate, current, or verifiable information from your credit report, as this would be illegal.

Fees & Terms of Payment

Karmaundo offers two monthly subscription options:

Standard Plan: $19.99/month (7-Day Free Trial) + $199.99 initial working fee.
Express Plan: $99.99/month (7-Day Free Trial) + $499.99 initial working fee.

Each plan begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be billed until the trial ends. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled at any time through your client portal. The initial working fee includes onboarding, credit analysis, and research.

Estimated Timeframe for Results

We begin working on your file within 5 business days of onboarding. Most clients begin seeing results within 30 to 90 days, though timelines may vary depending on your specific credit situation, responsiveness, and the credit bureaus' investigation periods.

Karmaundo begins working on your file within 5 business days of onboarding. Based on past client experiences:

Standard Plan (Wake-Up Call): Clients typically begin seeing results within 4–6 months
Express Plan (Scorched Earth): Designed for faster progress, with typical results beginning within 3–6 months

Please note that results vary for each user based on the nature of their credit report, responsiveness, and the credit bureaus' investigation timelines. No specific results, score increases, or deletions are guaranteed.

Important Legal Notice

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, free of charge.
You are not required to use a credit repair company to dispute items with the credit bureaus.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) provides free resources at: www.consumer.ftc.gov
You are entitled to one free credit report per year from each of the three major bureaus at: www.annualcreditreport.com

Right to Cancel (Per CROA)

You have the right to cancel this agreement at any time within three (3) business days of signing up—at no cost to you and with no penalty.

To cancel, please email [Insert Email] or log in to your client portal and select “Cancel Subscription.”

A model Notice of Cancellation form will be provided immediately upon signup and is always available by request.

Client-Caused Credit Damage Disclaimer

Karmaundo is not responsible for any negative credit activity initiated by the client during the course of service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Applying for new credit cards or loans
Accumulating new debt or missed payments
Incurring hard credit inquiries
Adding authorized users or co-signers
Opening new collections accounts
Any other actions that negatively affect the client’s credit report

Final Note on Transparency

Karmaundo is committed to operating in full compliance with federal and state laws. We partner with trusted service providers to help fulfill certain backend operations and provide consulting to better assist you, but Karmaundo remains your main point of contact and is responsible for your overall service experience.

We are here to serve as your partner, not your gatekeeper and we’ll always be straight with you about what’s possible, what’s not, and what it’ll take to get you where you want to go.
